About The Founders

Peter & Lindsey combined have 20+ years of fitness and nutrition experience

Peter graduated from the Air Force Academy in 2000 with a degree in Biology, earning top honors in Aerospace Physiology. As an airline pilot who has personally lost over 70 pounds, Peter knows firsthand the unique challenges of maintaining health and fitness while flying 15 days a month. He understands the setbacks, demands, and triumphs that come with balancing a weight loss journey amid the unpredictable schedules and high-pressure lifestyle of airline pilots.

Lindsey graduated from Brigham Young University in 2001 with a degree in Fitness and Wellness Management. Certified as a personal trainer and with a strong foundation in Nutrition Sciences, she gained valuable experience working as a Fitness Specialist at a Corporate Wellness Center.  She is now dedicated exclusively to helping Airline Pilots achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. Lindsey has designed and implemented personalized fitness and nutrition programs, perfecting what is now recognized as one of the most effective, efficient, and comprehensive weight loss programs for Airline Pilots.
